Rick Hall has earned a reputation as a dynamic and accomplished operations manager with expertise in leading projects and handling sales engineering efforts. His progressive experience has led to resounding success across his 12+ year career with industry leaders like Walmart. Easily able to move from high-level planning and strategy to hands-on coaching, he ensures that companies and clients enjoy the best possible results. Between 2015 and 2019, Rick drove top-tier results with the GC & E Systems Group as a Project Manager. Here he overachieved across $10M+ in completed projects, leading and coordinating with 20 cross-functional staff. This included the oversight of multiple Department of Juvenile Justice security camera installations, completing efforts 21% under budget despite challenges. He was also selected to turnaround flagging projects and rebuild client relationships, leading to a nomination for the prestigious High Achievement award in 2018. Among his peers, Rick is known for his innovative problem-solving, and tireless work ethic. Earlier in his career, Rick excelled at Microception, Inc. as a Sales Engineer. Within this position, he gained an in-depth understanding of client training, system implementation expertise, and a passion for customer service.
