About Rick Hamlet

My entrepreneurial spirit led me to start my own full-service design company right out of college. During the course of 15 years, I’ve partnered with large corporate clients across industries to help them communicate more visually and strengthen the connection people have with their brands. This success stems from a collaborative approach of building and influencing cross-functional teams, creating data-driven strategic plans grounded in lean methodologies, coaching and mentoring colleagues to elevate team performance, and ultimately delivering easy-to-use products with sleek visual design that delight customers. With expertise in the fundamentals of visual design and branding, a continuous improvement mindset and a love for intuitive products, I’m energized by solving problems that frustrate others and navigating a path where one isn’t carved out. As technology has evolved from something we use to do tasks to something now inseparable from our daily lives, all of my personal passions have converged into being a CX/UX leader. Right now, I collaborate and lead teams to deliver those products into the hands of nurses and doctors as a CX/UX design lead with the Digital Experience Group at Wolters Kluwer.
