About Rick Heile

I am a master solutions developer responsible for the development of tools used to support HP's Global Labs. I write in C#, JavaScript, Perl, C++ and any other language required to get the job done. I am also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider. As an expert in the area of complex implementations of client server enterprises, I devote much of my time to working on network problems, and implementing custom solution at large enterprises. Among previous consulting engagements, was the support of the US Postal Service, the largest desktop environment in the world. I contribute technically at several levels, from the enterprise to the individual hardware and software components. My expertise spans the major aspects of customer IT environments (networks, storage, applications, and operations). During high profile consulting missions, I have solved difficult problems, designed complex solutions, provided training and documentation, and assisted in implementing those solutions.
