Today, ninety percent of my business is referral and I’ve never lost a client. I manage ninety single-family residences ranging in value from $250K to $3M in Orange County and Riverside Counties and am currently studying for my broker license. I want to spread the power of optimism by working hard every day to protect my clients' investments and increase their value and return. I love a good challenge. When the market dropped over a decade ago, I had just started my career in real estate. My history in finance management and direction was an incredible aid. In the time since I’ve managed a multi-unit apartment complex in downtown LA’s Fairfax District. However, the largest impact for me since then has been renovations. I find houses for investors through trustee sales, auctions, and MLS listings. After a thorough evaluation of market values and neighborhood critiques, I select, purchase, renovate, and rent them out for my clients—and I’ve never had to evict a tenant that I placed in a home. I believe in staying on top of what the market is doing. I’ve been blessed with many diverse relationships from all walks of life. I came from a high energy industry that required a nonstop work environment and my career now is based on swift decision making and immediate action.
