I have a technical skill set that has been honed over the last 15+ years while working within the Information Technology industry where I have been successful at building customer trust and loyalty, contributing to increased business. I am recognized for providing critical support to Sales Personnel through the development of customer-specific solutions by executing discovery, design, architecture, and sizing processes to determine appropriate solutions. With experience in start-up operations and established companies, I bring a breadth of strong project management and technical training skills. I have designed curricula that have been used for a number of technical products delivered on a global scale. Developing a deep understanding of my internal and external clients’ needs has allowed me to deliver solutions that have positively impacted businesses and resolved complex business challenges. I have experience working with some of the largest global organizations, collaborating with sales teams to drive the architecture of new technology systems and large, complex technical upgrades. I additionally have been told that I am a dedicated leader who can lead teams to high levels of success and to achieve strong client satisfaction. This has continuously occurred throughout my 15+ years working at Aspect Software. Technically I am well versed in MS Office, SAP Business Objects, Adobe, several operating systems, computer data and telephony, and Aspect software.
