Rick began working for Northeast Agri Systems in 1989 as a young teen, training to be an installer with his father Richard Knauer and owner David Newman. He soon moved into a service technician position and later became a Choretronics specialist, working in Packer Repairs until his advancement into Specialty Service and Sales about 5 years ago. Rick's job is to support all customers and Northeast Agri Systems with design layout, technical trouble shooting, designing of ventilation layout and specialty sales. Rick loves working personally with his customers to satisfy all their needs regardless of the time or the day. Working in the poultry and swine industry is a huge passion for him, one that is shared by his entire family.
