With over 3 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, and leadership, I apply my skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and compliance by using Lean Six Sigma tools, root cause analysis, and performance metrics. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, identify and resolve issues, and teach best practices. I also leverage my certifications and background in Army Professionalism and Ethics, Personal Training, and Field Artillery to bring a unique perspective and skill set to my role.
