About Rick Larose

30+ Years of Plumbing and Mechanical system design and installation experience. My journey has allowed me the opportunity to work alongside some the world’s most innovative engineers, contractors, manufacturers and owners solving the complex issues surrounding Plumbing and Mechanical systems. My unique perspective as a plumber, designer and facility owner/operator give me a holistic appreciation for the entire plumbing system as it relates to each person who interacts with it. From this knowledge base I tailor cost-effective solutions while keeping education and understanding at the forefront of my mission. I seek to understand first and then influence safe outcomes for all that I come in contact with. You may find me crawling through cobweb infested utility tunnels researching plumbing pipes to presenting topnotch research and innovation for C-Level executives. No matter who the audience is, I will provide you with the most comprehensive and well researched and proven solutions to meet the industry’s needs. I actively participate in Legionella and Water Management problem solving specifically as it relates to the Generation, Temperature Control and Point of Use within domestic water systems.
