Attracted and managed over $2 million in funding for Tanzania program, including approx.$1 million in USDA and USAID total grants. Initiated and managed GSC Southeast Asia Program in Thailand and Cambodia. Collaborated with local and national government and community organizations. Facilitated GSC NGO registration in Thailand. Managed headquarters staff of fourteen in the operation of four international associations providing integrity-based educational programs for professional interest groups. Facilitated the incorporation of two of these associations. Developed and administered association budgets and provided monthly financial statements for the Board of Directors of international faith-based organization. Founding Board member. Managed 35 staff members of a 300 acre organic farm and conference facility.
