About Rick M.

With over 18 years of experience, including nearly a decade dedicated to creating my own products, I have demonstrated versatility and entrepreneurial spirit across various sectors and technologies. I began my career at BgmRodotec, where I served as a senior developer for almost 10 years, covering ERP areas from financial/accounting to inventory/maintenance. I maintained legacy software and built new modules from scratch based on customer demands. During this phase, I also launched Equalis, a personal project facilitating urban mobility for people with disabilities, earning recognition from the magazine "Super Interessante" for its positive impact on the world. In 2015, I embraced the entrepreneurial journey by becoming a partner/CTO of Siteina, a digital marketing agency. In addition to implementing complex integrations between websites and projects, I developed a Marketing Automation product for SMEs. In 2017, I co-founded Ramper, a B2B sales prospecting platform, initially being the sole developer for almost 1 year. After a Pre-Seed investment, I led the growth of the Product, Technology, Architecture, and Support teams, managing nearly 50 professionals in specialized squads. I overcame the challenges inherent in the rapid growth of a startup, scaling the product/team to serve thousands of customers. During my time at Ramper, I transitioned from a technical role to leading multifunctional teams. Besides driving technological development, I established a strong connection with clients and business areas, understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions. In 2023, I founded Play Analytica, a revolutionary platform for analysis, performance, and advanced statistics for tennis coaches/athletes. The use of Computer Vision for data generation represents the cutting edge of sports analysis. I also integrate AI APIs to generate automated insights about games and players, simplifying report analysis and focusing coaches' attention on what truly matters. We are positively transforming the tennis landscape in Brazil, collaborating with players ranked between 100-500 in the world rankings and contributing to new triumphs for our athletes. Throughout my journey, I integrated technical expertise into product development, leading teams in creating innovative solutions. My ability to connect technical vision with business strategy has been essential for driving sustainable growth and positive impact in the organizations I've been involved with.
