About Rick McCoy
Starting with CSIRO Animal Health in the mid 1980's, I've been working in molecular science for over 30 years. With a broad experience from molecular virology through to detection of somatic mutations in oncology, I am focused on bringing the latest technology to the world of genomic diagnostics. Managing a molecular department of over 30 staff with range extraction and PCR technologies and the latest analysis instruments such as next generation sequencing, my aim is to maintain the reliability in results and a strong customer focus.
