Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry. Skilled in Criminal Justice and Intelligence, Project Coordination, Information Security and Access to Information Policy, Strong program and project management professional with a Honours Degree focused in Criminology (Deviance and Social Control) from Queen's University obtained post completion of a college graduate level Correctional Officer program. Presently a policy advisor and National program/project manager within the Agency’s Alternative to Detention Program, more specifically, the lead on the Electronic Monitoring Pilot and the Community Case Management & Supervision programs. An advocate for the development and national implementation of community-centric social support initiatives as alternatives to incarceration in the Canadian immigration space. A strong background with related certification in criminal intelligence processes with emphasis on collection, analysis and risk/needs assessment for the purpose of executive level briefing. Prior operational experience in offender case management within Federal correctional facilities and on term of conditional community release, including High Profile, Special Populations, and National Security.
