Athletic Experiences: Directed intercollegiate athletic programs (track & football) in compliance with NCAA, NAIA, and conference affiliation rules and regulations. Encouraged and promoted excellence in academics for student-athletes. Developed a philosophy and objectives for intercollegiate athletic programs. Supervised assistant coaches and other auxiliary personnel, such as college work study employees in field and gym maintenance, equipment room operations, clerical and office work, and game-day operations. Involved in American Football Coaches Association as a representative in the NAIA Academic All-America Selection Committee. Represented the institution at league meetings and conventions.
