Results driven Lean/Operations practitioner with over 20+ years of progressive responsibility in change management, lean six sigma implementations and executing operational turnarounds. Led numerous high velocity, high visibility re engineering and change initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) practices. Proficient in working with diverse cultures, people management & global organizations. Helped manage global automotive, service/delivery, heavy equipment, supply chain improvement, and cost optimization initiatives. Hands on, shop floor trained. I have held numerous lean, manufacturing and quality positions with top employers and lean practitioners such as Valeo, Barnes, Rexnord, Colfax and Danaher companies. Core specialties include operations, manufacturing, supply chain, plant layout design, BPR, transactional and 6-Sigma lean implementation. I train, coach, mentor and build high performance teams in all or specific modules of Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Business Process Redesign (BPR) methodologies and deployment. Additionally, I travel more than 80% of my time working on site executing a lean driven process to identify quick wins, change management, sustainment, and work closely with assigned project team members to enable them to meet, exceed all performance goals and objectives. Attended and graduated from Case Western Reserve University and CWRU Weatherhead School of Management. Completed the Barnes Foundation Leadership program, and CGN Executive Leadership Program, Foster College of Business, Bradley University. Served in the US Army, attaining the rank of Captain - where I held numerous leadership, command and staff assignments in a eight+ year tenure.
