Recently concluded my employment with the police service, however have maintained my association with the police by becoming a Practice Tutor with The Open University. I am now involved in supporting the Learning and Development of the next generation of UK Police Officers. Providing them with coaching and mentoring support from both Academic and Operational perspectives. As well as teaching, assessing, marking and providing developmental feedback of their submissions as they work hard towards achievement and success in their newly chosen careers.
