His background in Human Service organisations, Travel & Tourism, Office Management, Event Coordination, plus other industries adds greater levels of experience and depth to his natural interest in people. Through 1:1 coaching sessions and the online 'Discover Your Calling Course', people who have been feeling trapped, unfulfilled, bored, unhappy or lost, have been inspired by working with Rick. Clients' typically gain greater hope, clarity, direction and fulfilment as they learn to discover and realign effectiveness and purpose within their unique life journey. Rick understands synergy between ‘coach and client’ is important and that change takes time.
