About Rick Parmer

Setting a NEW BENCHMARK for the Modern-day Welding Profession. Producing professional welders with STANDARDS SECOND TO NONE in ETHICS of conducting oneself with Positive Leadership by Example both at home and on the road or at work so to speak whether by yourself or surrounded by others. Work Safety Practices/ Proper PPE as a part of daily life such as we think and breath. Working with what I reference to the 3 P's! Purpose for Production, and followed by Pride in our QUALITY for the Customer. The rookie coming out of my class will be seasoned in all of the above along with knowing the basics in prints and layout work. I'd love to put them in the field self reliant, knowing more than that average foreman. Don't be the 80% standing by watching the 20% do the work! Hold respectable standards both home and work. Lead by example doing what you are paid to do respectfully, morally, ethically, and physically. School is an ongoing process. Life will put us in situations where sometimes we're are the student and sometimes we're the teacher. Wisdom is understanding that you just might be the student when you think that you are the teacher. God is awesome and very much alive. Have a great day. Jeremiah 23:12
