Global Power Partners (GPP), a renewable energy-focused investment banking firm, is a trusted advisor to leading renewable energy companies around the world. GPP provides financial and strategic advisory services to distributed and utility scale solar, wind, biomass, waste-to-energy, hydro, geothermal and marine energy developers; leading EPC companies; independent power producers; solar panel and other equipment manufacturers; and energy technology companies throughout the world. We maintain strong relationships with Alternative Energy/Clean Tech and Infrastructure-focused private equity firms, venture capital funds, and many other providers of debt and equity financing. We raise development capital for project sponsors, and advise in the sale of energy assets and portfolios. In addition to his investment banking activities with Global Power Partners LLC, Rick serves as Chairman of Rematco Energy a London based asset development and contracting business focused on the oil & gas, power and water sectors in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Rematco undertakes upstream developments, both greenfield and brownfield, and related energy infrastructure projects, including oil field remediation and maintenance and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure.
