About Rick Price

My personal experience: I have assisted thousands of home buyers and home sellers. I have enjoyed applying my services to the needs of the second generation of countless families whom I have represented, literally, for decades. I have formed and managed Limited Partnership syndications investing in residential Real Estate and have conducted many IRS 1030 tax deferred exchanges for residential investors. I have served as a “professional witness” for local attorneys in cases where Real Estate expertize has been required. I managed a Real Estate office with over a hundred agents for two years and oversaw the training, activities and production of those agents. I have spent hundreds of hours in continuing education as a Realtor. Additionally, I have attained the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, designation along with many others. The CRS designation is heralded as the PHD of residential Real Estate. It is attained by less than 5% of Real Estate agents. All other designations pale in contrast to the educational requirements along with the length and volume of service required to attain this designation.
