Rick is a fluently bilingual, Senior Management Consultant with over 20 years of IT and management consulting experienced in proposal writing, development, analysis, process definition and mapping, project management, project implementation and deployment, maintenance deliverable. His extensive business and IT experience allows him to work seamlessly with senior management, clients and technical resources. As a Senior Proposal Manager, he has developed documentation for clients in both the private and public sectors he has a strong knowledge of the Federal Government procurement vehicles including: TBIPS, SBIPS, TSPS, NMSO and Pro-Services. Over the years he has created and implemented a great deal of best practices in Proposal Development. Currently on contract with a large Unified Communications Service Provider, he possesses a strong technical knowledge of hardware and equipment. This has proven very useful when developing documentation for various solutions for clients across all sectors. Specialties:Db2 and mainframe automation.
