Throughout my many years of professional experience, I’ve consistently shown growth, and dedication. Since starting with ACE parking in 2007, in an entry level position, I have obtained the knowledge and value of hard work. Eventually reaching the position of Operations Manager, with an extensive skillset, mainly focused in the customer service sector. This has exposed me to multiple challenging scenarios found specifically within my previous positions. For example, dealing with something as personal as a customer’s vehicle, and the intricate policies when solving conflicts. My efficient communication skills have also been crucial to my professional growth. As a previous Operations Manager, I understood it was crucial to keep constant and clear communication. Always seeking for the win-win solution, I knew that by ensuring my team felt confident reporting to me, they would feel that their comments, questions, and concerns would be genuinely listened to. This also meant I would always be informed of what was going on, and have the information required to start planning ahead. Additionally, my clerical skills, have also allowed me to extend my written communication. With the professional ability to convey clear messages and instructions. As well as establishing different sets of priorities throughout all levels of management.
