About Rick Russo

l am currently employed at the ANZ Bank where my main experience lies extensively in the IT industry. My role is 'dual based' as part of the new ways of working at ANZ under the AGILE concept, in a constantly changing technology environment. The primary role is providing a 'face to face' technical support customer service for all ANZ staff at what we call the TEC BAR, and the secondary role is a Management Team Leader role, where I provide mentoring and coaching support for all ANZ staff in my team, or as new workings of working put it, my SQUAD based around the world. My additional responsiblities also cover the following below - Teaching/Facilitation : Basic Windows IT tutorial courses for ANZ staff to understand Windows operating systems, applications and mobility devices- Technical Documentation : Writing IT Knowledge Base education articles onto a shared database for access to all IT staff and ANZ users. My industry knowledge covers the following below - ITIL Service Operation processes - Desktop\Laptop\VDI Windows 10 operating systems - Desktop Apple Macintosh - Mobility applications : VM Boxer, Intelligent Hub, Microsoft Authenticator, RSA Token administration - Mobility smartphones : Apple iPhone & Samsung Androids - Server : Virtualization Vmware & Hyper V - Server : Windows Active Directory 2012 - Server : Citrix Xendesktop - Server : Systems Configuration Console Manager 2012 - Server : Windows Server 2008/2012 Operating Systems Also did casually Group Fitness sessions in numerous gyms throughout the Melbourne South East area on a casual basis, qualified in the following skillsets - Certificate - Gym Instructor, Group Fitness Group Leader, Freestyle Instructor - Les Mills Bodypump & Bodycombat - Freestyle Boxing
