I'm a seasoned professional consultant, collector, negotiator, trainer, team leader, mentor, and entrepreneur. You can pick the title. But mostly I'd like to say I think I'm a fair, & transparent person with strong integrity. If I say I'm going to get something done I mean it, I work at a high level to achieve said promises. I'm in it to win it. In my career I've worn many hats I've helped train and turn others into top performers by being transparent about what's made me successful and by sharing my best practices. It's always good to have someone in your corner right? While I pride myself on helping and mentoring others, I love to compete and have always been a top performer in any industry I've been a part of. Personal achievements are nice, but I'm more concerned about the overall mission, and morale of those around me, & I'm always focused on those I'm working with & that we're pushing towards being innovative and crafting a better tomorrow. I have big ideas, I'm a dreamer. I've partnered with others to help redirect important business processes that were customer pain points that resulted in major improvements in structures and revenue. I'm a big-picture person, & think things should be done in an honest, transparent, and forward-thinking way that benefits the whole.(Pro: open door, keeping it real) I'm a low-key, drama-free, low-maintenance, high-performance, consistent teammate.(Think Tim Duncan, I'm a basketball fan that was the best example I could draw from) I learn the rules, stick to the rules, condition to compete, study/share trends, and rinse and repeat. These are the fundamentals of my success.
