About Rick Simpson

My business experience includes roles as CEO, SVP, VP, board member, strategy consultant, and interim executive in diverse business environments, with particular strengths in business strategy, corporate development, sales, operations management, and marketing in technology-based companies. As a volunteer, I’ve served as Chair and Treasurer of a leading regional music school, a nationally-renowned choral group, and two parishes. In my early 60s I upgraded my nutrition, exercise routines, sleep hygiene, and stress management to increase vitality, drop all my meds, and lose weight. With a new passion, I became a certified health coach to help others with similar goals. Drawn by another passion - singing - I now serve as Executive Director of Music on Norway Pond a nonprofit organization in the Monadnock region of NH with a concert series, a women’s chorus, and a children’s program. As interim president and board member, re-negotiated the sole source of revenue for an angel-backed imaging software company, and restructured a voice recognition technology company in preparation for go-to-market implementation. As interim SVP Solutions, solved software quality and release issues, restructured software development management, and introduced new project management discipline.
