About Rick Staals

Working with people and facilitating success energizes me. My current role as Career Manager Cloud and Development allows me to do both. At Sogeti I'm responsible for a diverse group of (50+) professionals, ensuring their well-being and ongoing growth in their roles and within our company. Personal connection, transparent communication and my hands-on approach allow me to build relationships and trust with the members of my team. Together we dive into individual wants, needs and opportunities and work towards achieving those. This means we're continuously looking at (developing) knowledge and skills, experience and their personal network, combined with the possibilities that are available throughout the entirety of Sogeti, its clients and its partners. I'm not only interested in bettering the professional lives of those around me - I also look at the organization itself and its processes, always finding ways to improve those where possible. Whether it's ensuring administrative tasks run smoothly or helping with the implementation of new initiatives, I'm always on the lookout for opportunities to improve.
