Rick brings over 25 years of IT leadership experience with digital transformation, cloud services, infrastructure, project, program, and strategic portfolio management from a wide variety of industries including government, technology, and oil and Gas at organizations including DoD, BMC Software, AET, and Chevron. Rick is an award-winning IT leader with distinguished success using industry leading best practices to deliver business value. As a former CIO and Portfolio Manager, Rick has a proven track record of transforming IT organizations by aligning and prioritizing organizational objectives with technology resources. Focusing on business strategy and outcomes, Rick has transformed global IT organizations by leading the adoption of Agile methodologies to improve the speed of product delivery and value realization. In the Public Sector, Rick has managed IT operational teams and has worked on one of the largest DoD infrastructure transformation programs with roles in project and program management. Outside of work, Rick is an avid fitness enthusiast and music lover who spends time with his friends and family in the Houston area.
