I started my career as a software support engineer, moved into account management, and since 2017 I’ve been focused on Customer Success. Today I manage a multimillion-dollar SaaS portfolio with high visibility, blending technical depth and CS leadership to drive adoption, retention, and trust. I’m a clear, calm communicator and a steady hand in tough moments. I lead executive QBRs, align customer goals to product roadmaps, and rebuild confidence when projects get bumpy. Day to day that looks like structured onboarding, proactive health reviews, data-driven playbooks, and crisp follow-through so every meeting lands with next steps. I love partnering across Sales, Product, and Support. I’ve represented CS in prospect conversations, presented the value of cloud to on-prem stakeholders, and helped turn stalled accounts into referenceable wins. I’m also investing in AI skills to serve my customers better: • Completed Oracle’s “AI for You” coursework focused on practical AI use at work • Earned AWS “Generative AI Practitioner” certification, covering core GenAI concepts and applied patterns on AWS Beyond my book of business, I pride myself on mentoring peers, packaging best practices, and building simple frameworks teams can reuse.
