About Rick Tan

A2i is founded by Rick Tan. His aim is to help people to improve their health through various programs, which includes- Health / Lifestyle Coaching - Army Readiness - Health Workshop - Posture Alignment - Bootcamp - HIIT - Company Fitness Program (WHP)- Personal Trainer Rick Tan was once 83Kg. With his height of 170cm, he was overweight. However, he was enjoying his life but felt tired easily. In early December 2012, while changing his clothes, he looked at a full length mirror, he was shocked! That led to his transformation. Rick cannot stand his figure. He did intensive researched on how to slim down and began his journey. Within 6 months, he dropped his size from waist line of 34 inch to 28 inches. He became ripped. He began to live life with energy. What Rick has gone through was a lifestyle change. He eats healthy and exercise became a routine. Lifestyle is what will sustain; not a diet. With Rick success, many of his friends and colleagues asked about his journey. His sharing has inspired many others to follow. After more than 20 years in corporate life, he left and pursue his passion. He founded A2i, which means Aspire to Inspire. Rick has the aspiration that you can one day inspire others to live a healthy life with energy at its full potential. Rick knew that knowledge is key to help clients succeed. He attended ACE certification and is now certified as ACE Personal Trainer. He has also completed and passed a practical and theory examination offered by International Sports Academy.
