I am dedicated to achieving the best outcomes in every scenario. With degrees in Econometrics & Operations Research and Business Analytics & Operations Research, I have developed a strong skill set that enables me to reach this objective. My areas of expertise include programming, supply chain analytics, data science, decision-making, and optimization. I also bring over three years of experience working with Python, Power BI, Git, and SQL. During my master’s program, I completed an internship at Royal Swinkels Family Brewers, where I integrated my thesis by exploring classification methods for churn prediction. I specifically enhanced classical models with Hidden Markov Models, ultimately graduating with distinction. I spent 2.5 years as a Data Science Consultant at EyeOn, where I led various forecasting projects for a range of clients. In March 2024, I joined Jumbo as a Last Mile Analyst, optimizing home delivery operations within their supply chain. Colleagues describe me as driven and hardworking, but also as a positive, approachable team member. As of Jan '25 I've been working as a software engineer at Alliander. As the youngest chairman in the history of tennis club d’Oggelen, I gained valuable experience in leadership and collaboration, helping to define and execute optimal strategies. I thrive in team settings, especially when working with other experts, and am comfortable presenting complex insights to larger audiences. My ability to explain difficult concepts in a straightforward way was honed through years of tutoring. I am particularly interested in roles that combine optimization, programming, data science, and supply chain analytics. There is always room for improvement, and I am motivated to find it!
