I have skills in motivating anyone who meets me as I am a workhorse in anything I do Home Depot executives pulled me out of my employment with Lowes when I had given Home Depot my notice when they refused to give me a merit raise and trying to feed my daughter at 12.85 for three years and giving them 585/hour seemed one sided I was hired by Lowes in a 3 hour meeting. The pay tripled and I was guaranteed commissions even without the commissions I knew I would be successful as I was at Home Depot and continue to be the best as I had in everything I worked out even college I graduated magna cum laude with a 3.83 average. Funny thing Home Depot begged me not to leave and asked me what it would take to stay with them I really said no hundred times until finally I b rusted out with 20/hr. Well they gave it to me in 48 hours so I had to keep my end and made millions of dollars throughout my stay at Home Deplot but at 4143 Warringtion they brushed m hy success under te table taking the glory for the manager never telling anyone what I did in sales as the expeditor or as the a coordinator for installation which took off after I made a plan with a part time lead generator who worked it at perfectly and we became number 1 or 2 plus my department became super efficient and the problem never escalated passed me but they fired current manager who told me based on performances that I would never leave her store due to the numbers and training i offered that became a million dollar store and i or 2 from the distrcit e en though my tiltle was to resolve issue which I recieved the O the best you can have did not include the performance in salestZShe was fired unexpectedly and in came the most untrained manager I ever have seen based on 15 years being in management aND OWNERSHIP AS WELL. Michael the cart man turned manager showed all signs of being overrmatched and with my injured back
