Rick has more than 25 years of leadership experience serving the FinTech and Payments industries. Rick’s background and areas of expertise include executive level sales and relationship management leadership. In addition to his customer and prospect-facing responsibilities, he has also been responsible for the development and deployment of sales professional development programs and customer relationship management platforms. Rick has gained invaluable experience while employed at Fiserv, Inc, FIS/Metavante, and Clout Financial Services, Inc, where he held a variety of positions including direct sales assignments, executive management, and relationship management. Rick also held a company-level marketing, customer acquisitions, and business development leadership appointment during his tenure at Clout Financial. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is progressing towards a graduate degree (MBA) at University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
