I specialize in identifying details that others often miss and strategically combining them with a big-picture vision to drive results. Over the past several years, I’ve been instrumental in building two key functions within a rapidly growing SaaS business. The first was establishing an implementation delivery function for a standardized product targeting SMEs in the Nordic market. The second involved founding a QA function in the International market, where I collaborated with global organizations and created an embed and tailored way of working across the company. As the QA team grew from two to ten members, we successfully streamlined processes and automated key recurring tasks, enhancing efficiency and freeing up time for higher-value activities. Outside of work, I have a deep interest in the stock market, which has sharpened my understanding of key financial metrics and long-term strategic planning. Staying up to date with global stock market trends also gives me valuable insights into macroeconomic factors and international developments. This broad perspective often opens doors when engaging in strategic discussions with people from different countries and cultures, enabling me to connect diverse viewpoints with actionable business strategies. I'm passionate about eliminating inefficiencies and focusing on what truly adds value. While "work smarter, not harder" may sound like a cliché, I firmly believe that if something can be done more efficiently, it should be pursued with intention.
