Without recounting each of my past experiences, I have trained and worked at the largest hospital in Southeast Arkansas, managed a program ran by the state's only academic health center, assisted with marketing an NFL team, became the liaison for the first state medical school in the state of Texas, served as a Special Projects Manager for one of the nation's leading charter schools, and drastically reduced employee retention for Shelby County's leading non- profit Pre-K program. I believe that continual learning provides a path to continual growth, so I have also furthered my education by earning my Masters in Management and Leadership. Throughout these experiences I've honed skills that have allowed me to be proficient in high level presentations, conducting training's, management and leadership, managing recruitment and event planning, building moral, balancing budgets and inspiring community and family engagements.
