About Rickey Heaton

As an Advisor at KDS Caine Commercial Real Estate, I serve clients across all asset classes, working with each individual to determine the best strategy to meet their specific real estate goals. I specialize in the sale, leasing, and development of vacant commercial, agricultural/recreational, and residential land. With 25 years of experience in the Upstate market and 30 years in sales and marketing across various industries including Real Estate, Retail, Staffing, Advertising, and Tobacco, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role.In 2005, I joined Palmetto Auction & Realty, LLC as a project manager, and I took ownership of the company in 2014. As a South Carolina licensed Auctioneer, I coordinated and conducted auctions. My approach is to serve clients from the onset of our relationship all the way through to closing the deal.Outside of work, I’ve been an active member of Grace Church for the past 15 years, contributing to the Safety and Usher Teams and the Outreach Ministry. I’m also a proud father to a daughter. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and creating memories with friends and family.
