As the Director of CX/Education Administrator at Lockmasters, Inc, I have more than 30 years of experience in marketing and customer experience in the security and locksmith industry. I am responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and materials for our clients and staff, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. I use my skills in Adobe Creative Suite, marketing event planning, and leadership to produce engaging and effective content, campaigns, and events that showcase our products and services, and foster a culture of learning and excellence. I am passionate about improving the security and safety of our customers and communities, and I work with a diverse and talented team that shares this mission.
