About Ricky Archer

In 2005 gained a Diploma for IT practitioners, this Diploma help me gain employment as a Technical support advisor. Whilst employed I enrolled on a computer course with the Open University. I learned a more in-depth understanding of computers and software programmes. I enjoyed the course so I enrolled again with the OU a year later, this time I studied Cisco Networking's CCNA, the course was intensive and involved a lot of study, which was challenging balancing my work and home life with small children. In 2012, I enrolled on a 2 year IT Certificate at Sheffield University. I learned presentation skills, and I learned about new computer programmes by building Databases and website creating. I want to utilise my current analytical skills and knowledge to secure a challenging and rewarding role and I believe that these skills, together with my knowledge, expertise and life experience, would make me an asset within any organization.
