With over two decades of experience in business development and operations, I have transitioned into my new role as the Head of Business Operations at Terralogiq Integrasi Solusi, a Google Maps Premier Partner company. I am passionate about driving sustainable growth by maximizing profitability and optimizing operational efficiency. In this role, I focus on identifying and capturing new revenue streams while implementing cost-reduction strategies across projects. I oversee the post-sales administration, including invoicing, client contracts, and managing government tenders, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. In addition, I lead the Marketing team, support the Solutions team to guarantee optimal project delivery, and monitor key financial metrics like cash flow and P&L statements. My career journey includes a variety of leadership positions, such as Co-founder at Greeneco Technology Indonesia, VP Operations at Bumi Group, and Business Development Manager roles across multiple companies. My diverse background gives me a comprehensive understanding of business from every angle, allowing me to align strategic goals with day-to-day operations to achieve outstanding results.
