THE BASICS: Accounting professional with over a decade of experience doing AR, AP, cost accounting, and analysis, as well as a graduate from TCU. Specialties: Microsoft Office, various Accounting Programs, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, and Reconciliations. WHAT YOU WON'T FIND ON MY RESUME: I put myself through college working full-time in order to go to TCU. I went to TCC as long as I could and got two associates and two certifications. I have done well at every job I have gotten, resulting in increased responsibility and promotions. I always work hard and enjoy seeing things differently than most. I tend to work long hours, always trying to perfect my work, making things more efficient and streamlined. I talk, sneeze, and laugh loudly. I am very friendly and outgoing, more than most accountants. I am confident in my work and always strive to do better. My goal has always been to find a job in which I can be the best version of myself with opportunities to grow and I have truly found that at IBM! When I graduated from TCC, I wasn't able to get the jobs I wanted because I needed a bachelor's degree. After getting that, I looked for job I might retire at and ended up getting lucky by contracting at SoftLayer, otherwise known as IBM Cloud. Being that they are on the Fortune 500 and one of the top tech companies in the world, I have finally found my home at my dream job.
