About Ricky Castleberry

Greetings! Technical by nature, introspective by default and forward thinking by design. I enjoy working as a team for both my occupational job and the large family my wife and I share with five daughters and two sons. I gravitate toward the problem solving but I appreciate the break that rote production provides between vision, insight, ingenuity. So, it was a natural shift for me to move from electrician to control technician early in my career. My current EMS assignment requires many skills working with a national retailer portfolio account. One day we may be working up an EMS survey on a "take-over" store and the next day we may be proposing a new EMS energy savings sequence or program to the customer. Between design engineering, site visits, project management, sequence reviews, and portfolio management duties we provide a sustained value to one of the nation's largest retailer. The team concept has been the key to our success on this account as we adapt our team's strengths to the customer's needs. Thank you for taking time to "get to know me some"! Be safe!
