This combination makes my competency comprehensive and distinct, allowing me to apply my expertise in delivering critical & complex projects/programmes on time, to scope, within budget & exceeding quality expectations. I have a significant track record in Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure, and I have specialised in running the introduction of new products/technologies/capabilities (NPI), with responsibility covering the full E2E lifecycle starting from strategy phase to solutioning, overall delivery, assurance, integrity, coherence & closure. I have the passion, commitment, and tenacity to deliver results for large and complex programmes, across diverse and/or dispersed teams and business functions delivering strong ROI and leadership. I have a keen grasp of soft-skills and an interest in building effective relationships throughout the value chain, which is undoubtedly the most effective means of ensuring teams and suppliers remain motivated to deliver on requirements with common understanding and expectations which remain well managed throughout.
