I’m a Senior Pursuit Manager at Ramboll, working within the UK Market Pursuits Team to drive strategic pursuits from early positioning through to pre-qualification and tender submission. I collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Market Directors, and bid teams to bring structure, challenge, and best-practice processes to each pursuit—helping the business secure work aligned with long-term growth objectives. I play a key role in Ramboll’s UK Key Client Programme, partnering with Client Managers to support the growth of priority accounts through effective, insight-led account management. I led the creation and rollout of Ramboll’s KPI Reporting Tools and Quarterly Reporting Process—enhancing visibility of account performance, enabling better decision-making, and supporting more proactive client engagement. Driven by a passion for analytics and continuous improvement, I’ve developed bespoke tools that empower senior leaders to interpret data more effectively and make decisions that improve win and capture rates. I’m always looking for smarter, scalable ways to align business development with strategic priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
