About Ricky Handoko

I have over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, encompassing programming instruction, software engineering, software architecture, and cyber security. My teaching experience covers 4 years of delivering various programming topics, databases, and web development. Additionally, I have spent 12 years working on software design and development for various industries, including retail and distribution, supply chain management, warehouse management systems, POS systems, customer loyalty programs, and ERP solutions. Since late 2015, I have been the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Digerati Atomic Indonesia, managing a team of 27+ software engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and support personnel. In 2016, I developed an integration between the SAP application and the Oracle Transportation Management System and constructed a straightforward ERP. In 2017, I spearheaded the creation of data integration tools for a data warehouse, able to integrate data in various formats (CSV, Excel, TXT, and databases) into different target locations (folders, SFTP, and databases). In 2018, I started the development of Business Intelligence platforms for various clients using Power BI. In 2019-2020, I initiated the creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) for asset tracking purposes for property developers and startups. In 2021, I successfully integrated the employee's database for Danone Indonesia from Paris, which included payroll systems, and linked it with local applications from various vendors. This integration was ranked #1 in terms of speed and reliability among all Danone integrations. In 2021, I also established a new service called "CaaS (CTO as a Service)" in Atomic Indonesia. This service offers technical guidance and expertise in areas such as product development, data management, and technical strategy, along with the resources available from Atomic. This service has already aided 3 startups in Indonesia. In 2022, I initiated the creation of a document management system with dynamic workflows and multilevel approvals, expiration reminders, and integration with 3rd party e-signature providers. Additionally, in 2022, I initiated the development of our own product, similar to Salesforce, which is scheduled to be launched for public use in mid-2023. I'm deeply passionate about investing in people, building a growth mindset, being loyal to process, achieve success.
