About Ricky Sanchez

I previously worked at Google via Accenture Flex & Cognizant on team Project Bandwidth, a scaled vendor support team which specializes in contracting, payments, and automation for Google Partners. I am a strong & reactive leader with the ability to execute and handle scaled support operations. In my role as a program & project associate, I was responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to both clients and customers. Two projects I worked on involved helping the teams on Reserve with Google & Vehicle Listings on Google. I also have experience sending data reports on behalf of the google news team. Through my experience with team PB I excelled in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. I have a strong background in Leadership. I love working with other people and helping them to find solutions. Through my experience as a TVC at Google I have sharpened my skills, enabling me to identify and address customer and client concerns. In May of 2024, I accepted a contract position at Natera. In August of 2024, I was offered a full time role. In March of 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Data Operator at Natera.
