As an Education Specialist, I possess experience and expertise in the realm of computer-based learning, particularly with a focus on enhancing educational experiences for blind students. I have dedicated myself to advancing inclusive and accessible learning environments, leveraging technology to empower individuals with visual impairments. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to continue making a meaningful impact in the field of inclusive education, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities for academic success.During my tenure spanning 10 months at PTCL, I proudly served as a Customer Care Representative (CCR), marking the initiation of visually impaired individuals into this role within the organization. As the pioneer visually impaired CCR at PTCL, I established a precedent and facilitated the integration of other blind individuals into similar positions.Currently, I hold the positions of Voiceover Artist and Project Coordinator at Tabeer Production, a distinguished blind production house dedicated to providing inclusive entertainment to audiences of diverse backgrounds. Our mission transcends serving solely the visually impaired community, aiming to offer enriching experiences to all individuals interested in diverse auditory and visual content.Additionally, I contributed my expertise as a Teacher at Laboratory Primary School Lahore, where I fulfilled instructional responsibilities for a duration of 3 months. Within this role, I meticulously designed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, employing effective assessment methodologies to ensure comprehensive attainment of learning objectives."I am currently working with Accountaxpert as a People and Growth Associate, where I manage HR responsibilities, oversee recruitment processes, assist with onboarding new employees, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, I conduct research into new business opportunities, leveraging faster networking methods. I also contribute to marketing and sales strategies, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and generating leads."
