About Rida Milante

I am a Senior Test Engineer I at Microchip Technology, a leading provider of microcontroller and analog semiconductors. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, and I am a licensed Electronics Engineer and Electronics Technician. I have been working in the testing field for more than four years, developing and validating test programs for new products and improving the quality, cost, and productivity of existing ones. In my current role, I perform test program development, debug, characterization, and silicon validation for new product development of 8-bit AVR microcontrollers. I also lead cross-functional teams to perform key engineering tasks in test software engineering, and provide technical leadership in resolving test software and hardware issues. I work closely with the global test engineering team, as well as the design, product, and quality teams, to ensure the delivery of high-quality devices to our customers. I have developed and applied testing, debugging, and electronics skills in my projects. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methods in the testing field, and I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of solving complex problems. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
