I’ve always been someone who loves to talk, whether it’s in a boardroom, a classroom, or over coffee. Conversations energize me, and more often than not, they’ve opened doors I didn’t even know existed. During my time at university, I explored internships in diverse spaces from hospitality and crowdfunding to social impact and media. What they all had in common was that they were client or customer-facing. I found myself engaging with donors, pitching resort packages, mentoring students, or interviewing people for social projects. Each experience taught me something new about people: how they think, what they value, and how trust is built. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the roles I enjoyed the most were the ones where I was at the front line talking, listening, and building connections. That clarity naturally led me into a client-facing career in sales. Today, at Naukri.com, I work as a Senior Executive in B2B Sales, partnering with CXOs and HR leaders to help solve their hiring challenges. What excites me most is knowing that I get to combine conversations, problem-solving, and collaboration every single day. Looking back, every internship, every classroom discussion, every client interaction has been a stepping stone to where I am now. And honestly? I’m loving the journey.
