Civil Engineer by profession, working as a Deputy Manager with 6+ years of experience in the field of Environmental Sustainability. Areas of work include Green Building Rating, Energy simulation, and Sustainability Reporting. Utilizing my career position in the industry to make significant contribution in mitigating impacts of Climate Change-As a consultant, responsibilities include Client Coordination, carrying our site visits during construction and complete Documentation ensuring Green certifications -Worked and delivered multiple (LEED and IGBC) certifications in India, Bangladesh, and US. Have developed sound knowledge of LEED Rating systems (BD+C and O&M), several different rating systems of IGBC and GRIHA along with corresponding ASHRAE codes required for these projects -Was involved in the Formulation of the Kerala ECBC Technical Manual for the Kerala Energy Management Centre. Roles included research and drafting of ECBC compliance models as case studies and making the manual relevant for climate, architecture, and practices prevalent in building industry of Kerala -Have delivered numerous LL97 projects. The Local Law 97 (LL97) was enacted in 2019 as a part of the Climate Mobilization Act to reduce carbon emissionsfrom buildings. Roles included energy simulation and carbon emissions reporting for the buildings alongside laying down strategies to reduce the carbon emissions and reach theLL97 targets-Worked on Energy simulation models using eQuest for several buildings attempting green certifications and Energy Reporting through Analysis of Simulation Results for buildings in US -Keen learner of strategically important Environmental Sustainability topics such as ESG Framework/ Reporting as per the GRI Standards, Carbon Neutrality, and Scope 1, 2 and 3 Carbon emission calculation
