About Ridge Stephens

Athletic Administrator with a coach’s mindset and a heart for community. My professional identity is rooted in athletic administration—developing student-athletes, building strong programs, and creating impactful experiences through sport. It’s where I desire to be, and where I will continue to grow my career. My journey started on the baseball field as a collegiate athlete, and it led me to meaningful roles at the University of Minnesota and University of Wyoming, where I managed donor relations, athletic facilities, and large-scale fundraising events. I’ve combined my athletic background with a relational leadership style to make an impact both on and off the field. I bring hands-on experience in event coordination, fundraising, donor stewardship, team operations, community engagement, and facility oversight—each grounded in a passion for student-athlete development. 🧢 I’m currently serving as an assistant baseball coach at St. Michael-Albertville High School, where I continue to mentor student-athletes while staying actively engaged in school culture and community. Athletics is where I belong—and where I’m headed. My long-term goal is to serve as an Activities or Athletic Director, leading with vision, accountability, and a deep belief in the power of sports to build character and community. 🤝 I'm a team-first leader who believes relationships drive results.
