About Ridhatul Qaivani

A dedicated clinical pharmacist and researcher with a strong passion for healthcare innovation, pharmaceutical sciences, and community empowerment. My expertise lies in clinical pharmacy practice, drug formulation, antibiotic stewardship, and patient-centered care, ensuring effective and evidence-based treatments. With hands-on experience in hospital and clinical pharmacy, I have managed 500+ prescriptions, optimized antibiotic therapy through antimicrobial stewardship programs, and contributed to improving medication adherence and patient outcomes. My research in clinical and antibiotic resistance has provided insights into optimizing pharmacotherapy, particularly in infectious disease management. Additionally, I have played a key role in evaluating drug safety, therapeutic efficacy, and adverse drug reactions (ADR) monitoring. Beyond direct patient care, I am actively involved in pharmaceutical research and telepharmacy education, having trained 120 pharmacists across Indonesia in digital healthcare solutions. My contributions extend to publishing a Q1 research paper on pharmaceutical formulation, leading clinical studies on antibiotic effectiveness, and winning 5+ national scientific competitions. As a facilitator at Muwafaq Indonesia and Health Armi, together with team, we have led health initiatives benefiting 100+ individuals, focusing on vulnerable populations, including women, children with stunting, and individuals with disabilities. Through these efforts, I continue to integrate clinical expertise, scientific research, and social responsibility to drive meaningful advancements in patient care and healthcare accessibility.
