As an individual contributor at Chartwell Retirement Residences, I provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families, adhering to all safety protocols while handling food items and utensils. I demonstrate practical communication skills when interacting with residents, families, and staff, and I follow food safety and infection control regulations by cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Before joining Chartwell, I worked as a software test engineer at Jio Platforms Ltd for more than two years, where I gained hands-on experience in various types of testing, such as API testing, database testing, GUI testing, functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, cross-browser testing, and integration testing. I also worked in an agile environment, using tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN, Swagger, IBM Rational Quality Manager, and Azure DevOps Test. I was skilled in test planning, test suite design, test scenarios, defect detection and tracking, unit testing, and Call Data Record testing. I have a strong interest in testing, which has allowed me to hone my skills and work with the best products in the industry. I hold two postgraduate degrees from Conestoga College in Wireless Network Infrastructure and Reporting Systems and Database Development and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology. I have also obtained certifications in Test Automation Foundations and Selenium Essential Training from LinkedIn. I am ready to embark on a new career path that offers new challenges for me to put my skills to use.
